AFTER being assessed, Yvonne created a program for muscle strength, not only to improve my balance but to address the lack of confidence I had in myself and my capabilities.After a two-week stay in hospital last year with severe back pain and a copious amount of strong pain relief, I was told that exercise and muscle strength was the only thing keeping me from back surgery.Yvonne devised a plan to address my muscle strength as well as giving me the tools to deal my balance problems.Twelve months on, I no longer suffer back pain.
